By completing your purchase at A Janitor's Story® Shop (“Shop”) who is owned by Stacey Freeman d/b/a/ A Janitor's Story® ("Owner"), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”).

 

NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS COLLECTION:

By completing this purchase, you are consenting to join A Janitor's Story® weekly email newsletter list via Active Campaign where you will receive regular communications such as weekly cleaning business tips and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of each email or by emailing stacey@ajanitorsstory.com.

 

PHONE NUMBER COLLECTION:

By consenting to A Janitor's Story® Shop's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. A Janitor’s Story® is a legal trademark and owned by Stacey Freeman. You may not use the logo at any time. All photographs in the Shop are property of the Owner. You do not have permission to crop the photos to remove the watermark or the Shop’s address to use them as your own. 

All content included in the Shop is the property of the Owner and is protected by copyright and other laws that protect the Owner’s intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works found in the Shop. You agree that you do not have nor will have any ownership rights in any protected content, and that the Owner does not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of the Owner. The Owner cannot assume liability for any information that you collect or use from the information shared in the Shop. All information found in the Shop is just that, informational.

All content shared is to bring inspiration and practical solutions to individuals seeking to own, operate or manage a professional cleaning service business. DIGITAL BUSINESS FORMS AND TEMPLATES PURCHASE POLICY:

You may not share or sell free or paid digital forms, templates, PDFs, ebooks, or videos. All downloadable digital products from the Shop, Google Documents, and Canva Templates are owned by the Owner. Sharing your digital downloads and files is strictly prohibited. You will be held liable for damages to Stacey Freeman d/b/a A Janitor's Story®.

 

The Canva Templates are customizable templates only useful with Canva. All use of the Canva Templates are also subject to Canva's terms and conditions. The Owner disclaims all liability related to your use of the Canva Templates and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Canva.

Purchases of Canva Templates are for individual use only. You may not share or sell the Canva Templates to any third-parties and the Canva Templates must remain in your own Canva account.

 

ACCESS MAY BE REVOKED AT ANYTIME:

The Owner reserves the right to revoke access to any products at any time without providing a refund if any content has been copied or used in an unauthorized manner. This includes copying the concept or creating a competing product using the information learned from any of the products. The Owner reserves the right to pursue damages for unauthorized use of the products.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE:

The Owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any products with or without notice. You agree that the Owner will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any products.

 

TESTIMONIAL COLLECTION

All testimonials were received via email or video from a real person about their personal experience. Individual results may vary. Testimonials are not an indicator that you will have the same results.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
